About us

We build the boring part of trading.

Avenix Trade started as an internal tool. Our founders spent years watching good strategies fail for bad reasons: a missed alert, a mistyped order, a stop that was never set. Automation fixed that, so we built it into a platform anyone can trade on.

Why this exists

The gap between a strategy on paper and a strategy in practice is almost never analytical. It is a stop that was meant to go in and did not, an alert that arrived while somebody was asleep, a size typed with one zero too many at the end of a long evening.

None of those is a hard problem to solve. They are hard problems to solve reliably, by hand, several times a day, for months, while also having a job and a life. Software is indifferent to the hour and does not get tired of doing the same small thing correctly.

So the product is not a clever model. It is the unglamorous machinery underneath one: take an instruction, hold it, check it against the market continuously, and carry it out exactly as written when the moment comes.

Whether the instruction was any good remains entirely your problem, and we would rather say that plainly than let the automation imply otherwise.

What we hold to

Try it before you fund it

Every account opens with a demo balance on live market data. Nothing is at risk until you decide to deposit.

No performance promises

We charge for access to the platform, not for returns. Any strategy can lose money, including ours.

Your money stays yours

Registration and the demo cost nothing. A deposit is your balance, not a fee, and it sits in a segregated client account you can withdraw from.

Those three cost us conversions and we keep them anyway. A visitor who leaves because the demo was honest about a bad week is a visitor we were going to lose later and louder.

The team

A small group of engineers and former exchange operations staff, spread across three time zones so someone is always awake when the market misbehaves.

01

Engineering

Owns the path an order actually travels, which has to hold up unattended in the middle of the night.

02

Market operations

People who have worked the other side of an exchange desk and know which failure modes are common and which are excuses.

03

Support

Reads what arrives through the contact form and answers it. There is no tier one, and no script.

04

Compliance and legal

The function that is not yet complete. What is missing is stated on this site rather than glossed over; see the notice on the legal pages.

team photograph goes here — a 1200 by 500 slot, so far unfilled

No names and faces here yet. Stock photography with invented job titles under it would be a worse answer than an obvious gap, and a reader who spotted it would be right to discount everything else on the page.

How we make money

Not from a subscription, because there is not one. Registration and the demo cost nothing, and the 250 minimum first deposit is your own trading balance — held in a segregated client account, withdrawable, and never a payment to us.

What trading itself costs is not published on this site yet, because it is not settled. It will be stated in the account before an order can be placed, and it will appear here at the same time. What will not change is that we take no share of your profits: a cut of the upside pays us more the more risk you take, which is quiet pressure in a direction that is bad for you.

What this is not

It is not a fund, a managed account, or a signal service. Nobody here selects assets for you, publishes trades to copy, or takes discretion over your money. Every instruction the platform carries out is one you wrote.

It is not advice either. We can tell you what the platform will do with a rule; we cannot tell you whether the rule is a good idea, and anybody who offers to do that for a fee should be asked what they are regulated to say.
