Privacy
Privacy policy
1. Information we collect
Account details such as name, email, and mobile number, identity documents where verification is required, billing and deposit information, your strategy configurations and trading history, and technical data including IP address, device type, and log timestamps.
2. How we use it
To operate your account, execute the orders and strategies you configure, provide support, detect fraud and abuse, meet legal obligations, and — where you have opted in — send product updates.
3. Account security data
Passwords are stored hashed and two-factor secrets are encrypted at rest. Withdrawal destinations and device history are retained to detect unauthorised access. We never share these with third parties.
4. Legal basis
We process personal data to perform our contract with you, to comply with legal obligations, and on the basis of legitimate interests in securing and improving the service. Marketing communications rely on consent.
5. Sharing
We share data with processors that host our infrastructure, handle payments, and provide analytics and support tooling, each bound by contractual confidentiality. We do not sell personal data.
6. Retention
Account and trading records are kept for the life of the account and for as long afterwards as required by tax, accounting, and anti-money-laundering rules. Demo account data is purged shortly after closure.
7. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your data, and object to certain processing. Requests can be made through the contact form and are answered within the statutory period.
8. Cookies
Essential cookies are used for authentication and session security. Optional analytics cookies are set only if you accept them in the banner, and declining costs you no functionality.
9. Fonts and third-party requests
Webfonts are served from this site rather than from a font provider, so no request carrying your IP address reaches a third party before you have chosen anything. That is deliberate: a consent banner is worthless if the page has already made the call.
10. International transfers
Data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required we rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.
11. Complaints and contact
Questions about this policy go through the contact form. The identity of the controller and the supervisory authority you may complain to are not published yet, because the operating entity is not settled; when it is, this section will name both.
